Policies
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Without proper notice, or if you neglect to show for your appointment, you will be charged the full service amount.
Appointments may require a non-refundable deposit or credit card number to make a reservation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit per person is due at the time of booking for special occasion hairstyling and makeup application appointments.
If you are not happy with a service, please call us within 48 hours. Your stylist will fix the problem at no cost. We are honored to serve you and truly appreciate your business!
